Whistleblower
A complaint about misconduct and/or irregularities through HAKI Safety’s Trumpet whistleblowing system can be filed by anyone who in any capacity represents the company.
We maintain a culture that is healthy and open, where each employee has a responsibility to comply with applicable regulations and act ethically. We believe that most situations can be resolved through open and honest communication. However, there may be instances where a completely different approach is required.
Regardless of the situation, it is important to us that any problems or more serious issues are brought to light so that we, as an organisation, have the opportunity to take appropriate action. In cases where there is danger to health and life or various types of misconduct, it is crucial that they are reported in a timely manner.
As an employee or partner, you play a vital role in this process. That's why we have a whistleblower policy which allows you to report any concerns to an external and independent adviser. You can choose to remain anonymous if you wish.
